A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits can be transferred to a future appointment with at least 48 hours notice
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit
• Remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment
• We accept cash, credit, debit, and e-transfer

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings

To ensure we can complete your service on time, certain styles have booking cutoff times:

• Small Knotless Braids: Do NOT book after 7:00 AM (8.5+ hour service)
• Bohemian & Tribal Styles: Do NOT book after 8:00 AM (7-8.5 hour service)
• Men's Pop Smoke & Straightbacks: Do NOT book after 4:00 PM (2.5-3 hour service)

These restrictions ensure we can provide quality service without rushing. Our hours are 7 AM – 7 PM daily.

Hair extensions and materials are NOT included in most service prices unless explicitly stated.

• Please review each service description for specific hair requirements
• For services where hair is NOT provided, you must bring your own extensions or purchase them from us
• We recommend high-quality braiding hair for best results and longevity
• Beads and other decorative accessories are typically not included
